whats low boost?
the settings as you got them should turn the pump on at about 4-6 PSI
if youve gone to 10 psi and still not seen the pump light is/was your car a digital dash ?
, they dont have the led boost gauge and tach unit which is the unit that provides the 5V for the Map sender .
if you have digital you have the connector for the MAP on the engine harness but it has no power .
digital dash or not you should check the MAP at the connector for proper wiring
wire at pin B is the map output which is the green wire you were supposed to have installed with the kit by splicing (and soldering) into the wire at pin B and running it to the pcm controller green wire .
if thats good and it doesnt work then check the other pins
MAP sensor has three connections labeled A, B and C on the connector
A ground
B MAP signal out (should be aprox 1.75v or so key on)
C 5V in (key in on position)
if you find no power at pin C at the MAP you'll need to run a wire from there to the TPS 5v supply wire (pin A at TPS )
check the ground at the MAP as well pin A, if no good connect from MAP pin A to TPS pin C
