No spark/fuel signal

Hi
I have a 1989 TTA
Need help to solve my problem,
Car was running and after a pair of testdrives the car backfires and dont respond to trottle just backfires,car was running fine at idle for a wile,then i change chip and it starts but even worse idle snd next time it doesent stsrt at all and that is were i am right now,no spark no injectorpulse,fuelpressure are ok.

Change cranksensor,coilpack,coilmodule,fuses are ok but dont know vere the CCCI fuse are but have checked all powersupplies.
Have changed the ecm,have ses ligth and no failcodes.
What can cause that you dont get spark or fuelpulses in these cars?

I'd put a known good chip back into the car and see if it runs fine. If it does, there is probably a problem with the chip.

You might use some good electrical cleaner on the chip socket too. And reinstall the chip. That's probably not the problem, but it's a good idea anyway. Deoxit is a fantastic cleaner (a can of that is a must have for a turbo buick in my opinion)

Tried different chip,still dead,i asoe messure the cam and cranksensor 10Volt on both.
Any relays that can cause this sort of problem? if so were are they located ?

Fin out the problem,it vas the small pin that holds the camsensorgear together,it was broken and cause the camsensor not to rotate at all.
Turn out to be a 1 usd fix,but i have already change parts for 300 =)

Yeah, RJC sells a repair kit for the cam sensor wheel. I have the repair kit installed on my cam sensor (it's almost worth doing it as preventative maintenance)

In the future, instead of just throwing tons of parts at it, use the diagnostic tree.

Well, now i have some spare parts,the car fired up right away so i am pleased =) Time to take it to the track and see if i can broke anything else =)
