no spark

yall member I've been having them hard cold start problems? well now I have a no start problem. so Ive checked= no spark on either side of coil pack, have fuel pressure, getting 12v to module, cam sensor is sending signal. what do I check next? car cranked earlier today.

plugs, all the plugs where fouled out. shouldv'e use spark gap tester to check spark instead of timing light.
