No Spark!

Alright I have fuel. But no spark. I use the old paper clip code reader and all it comes out is code 12 over and over and over agian. I swapped ecms and still nothin

Code 12 means its working correctly. If no other numbers no codes present.
Check ecm/ign fuse 10 amp, check coil/ign fuse 7.5 amp.
If they are fine, check crank sensor, ignition coil,grounds.

Where is the ecm/ign fuse 10 amp, check coil/ign fuse 7.5 amp?

Fuse box , driver's side under dash.
ecm/ign fuse bottom left in fuse box. 10amp red.
coil/ign fuse top left in fuse box. only 7.5 amp in fuse box.
