I started to reply to Nick and decided to just fill out a new thread again. I will also post the lnk to the orginal post over 2 years ago from when I rebuilt the engine. I need some help and a boost from you guys before I putter out and give up for another 2 years. Thanks in advance for the help, this is the best place to go for help that I've found.

Yes I meant Autolite 24's not AC24s. It ran a few times over a few days and then just stopped starting after I jacked up the rear end to check breaks like I mentioned. When it was running it would rev up great! It idled a little low I think, definetly less than 1000RPM but I didn't have my OTCscanner yet to verify. When we did the break in at 2000RPM (varying between idle and 2000) for about 30mins the smoke was beginning to clear, and the O2 was starting to become more active. It was a bit rich but I noticed my MAF sensor was starting to seperate from the hose adaptor glued to it (aftermarket reman from Napa). I pumped out a bunch of gas again (had about 12galons of crap gas the first time, replaced with 5 new gallons). Then I blew through the fuel filter and it seemed fine (replaced last weekend too). I jumped the fuel pump with the wire by the power steering pump and then I heard the injector leaking while the pump was running. New plugs were drenched. Cleaned and cleaned and tried and cleaned (that #6 plug is getting easier and easier to pull
) If anyone has any suggestions let me know. TPS is 0.42. Can't get much else with the OTC2000 until it runs I guess. I also have access to a Snap-On scanner if there is something else I'm missing. All of the fuses are in good shape too. I took the plugs off the ECM and no coerrosion. Just doesn't make sense unless it is the injectors. Should the fuel pump turn on if the relay is unplugged? I was getting pressure up to 40psi while cranking over with the plugs out to clear the holes?
