no start

Ok guys my brothers new t type wont start [ jadams] . It has spark and turns over but when i hook my fuel guege up and turn the key to the on poss it does no turn the pump on and no fuel press. If you try to start it it will shoot to 45psi w/ line on and off, and then die down to about 42psi. I am getting about 7.5 volts at the plusg that go's to the pump. But mine gets 10 volts.

Is this a volts or wire problem or does it sound more like the pump , i am going with the pump and maybe reg , 45psi with the hose on sound very high for a stock car.

I also put a hose on the rail and iam getting good gas out of it , seems the injectors are not leting the fuel by or something.

we got it running for now. we put a new ecm and chip in it and it started right up . but it knocks really bad time to pull the motor out now

well we put the new ecm and chip in . but it wont stay running long if it even starts up . so i guess we will pull the motor and fix it when we put the new motor in
