NOS Wiper Arms

Looking for NOS gray wiper arms for regular Regal/Cutlass/Monte, don't need the blackout ones.
Does anyone know what these arms are coated with? Maybe I can restore mine...

Also looking for the correct metal wiper blade holders and NOS wiper blades.

I have a nice set of used wiper arms. They are bare metal silver color. Not sure I have ever seen any gray ones. I can take a picture if you are interested. Let me know.

Yes, I am interested if they are free of scratches and the plastic ends where the wipers attach aren't dry rotted, discolored or faded...
