as much as I hate to say it that pic. is not taken in the hood. they don't have townhomes with garages in the hood, atleast not around here.

I saw a primered Regal going through Mooresville a couple weeks ago that had like 24" wire wheels and looked to have been lifted all the way around. I just shook my head.
