I was at my friends house when he changed oil in an 82 Buick Skylark with a 2.8 Chevy engine.He bought this engine at Advance and it has 6,000 miles on it.When he started it there was a rod knock for 2 to 3 seconds until the oil pressure built up.I told him this was not normal but he insited it was.None of my engines new or rebuilt ever did this.Anyone?Bruce
