are there any guys from the Texas area that are cable splicers? IBEW guys preferrebly. I'm thinking about a relocation to the central texas area(S.A. or Austin) and wonder what the job market and availability is like. Are most of the guys Journeyman out of the hall or do they work for a large T&D electric Co.?
