My O2's stay the same no matter what I do. low 900's. Car runs great. But this is annoying. Even when I turn down the FP two or three psi I still get the same O2 reading. I have tried every setting from 35 to 42 psi and Get the same O2 readings everytime at WOT. I had to leave it at 42 so I get no KR at all. This is as low as I can go with 18 psi boost to get 0 KR. I did a search on the topic but could not find any solution to my problem.
18 psi boost
910 O2's at WOT
TA49
009's
Kirbans heated O2
Jay C 93 chip
hotwired BGC FP
KB adj FP regulator
70 mm TB
KB turboflow heads
Gutted cat and stainless exhaust w/dynomax muffs
2 1/2 dp
KB headers
All of the necessary upgrades.
Everything is tuned fine and engine runs great. Should I really worry about this high O2 reading since I have tried everything to cure it to no avail?
Just how accurste is the O2 readings on these things. I hear of people getting 750 O2's but I cannot come close to that. I have gone up and down boost and fuel pressure ladder several times only to get the same readings. I am totally stumped on this one.

I feel your pain I'm haveing the same thing happen to me i even changed the o2 sensor 3 times and nothing I'm in the high 800 and running almost 40 lbs of fuel.

I'd lose the heated o2 sensor. Also use an egt guage to see if it is actually rich.

The only way I could tune it was to tune for 0 KR by raising FP 1 psi at a time till I got 0 KR at WOT. even put in a xylene mix to see if It would help. Same readings in the low 900s. I guess The only way to know for sure is to get an EGT gauge. Fortunately I just purchased a ME from the parts for sale section and it is on the way as I type. This will eliminate the O2 all together as I understand it and should make tuning a bit more fun and with good results. I was just trying to tune this thing as good as I can get it before I install the ME. I am just very skeptical about tuning to O2 readings. I wonder how accurate they are. Also what is the downside to a heated O2 sensor?
