I am having an issue with my T type throwing a code 13 and the o2's only move from 398 to 402. This started after I went to a Gen II translator and the extender chip. I have since tried switching ECMs and back and forth from the extender to my lubrant chip. I am running the autozone Bosch o2 sensor and am on my third one. All the wiring and parts seem good. I am at a loss to explain this one.
