By the time the gases have reached the DP, they have cooled down and wont be as accurate. It sure would make o2 sensor swaps alot easier though! Honestly, I dont think the gases would be cooled that much by the time they reached the DP, but its probably best to get the reading in an area where the gases are being compressed right before the turbine. On other cars that come from the factory with shorty headers or manifolds, when you switch to longtube headers, the O2 sensor is moved down to the collector. Usually this throws O2 readings off.
