OBD II Scan Tools

Anyone have any links for OBD II scan tools? I was hoping to find a Turbo-Link style dashboard for a laptop that would be generic between many cars. Anyone have anything like this?

Autotap is pretty good. You'll need a laptop but its pretty good.
