OD slipping

I've noticed that while driving if I leave the car in OD before the lockup mph it slips. Example I'm at 35 mph and I let off the gas the rpms then drop to idle level while the car is in gear and rolling. When I do hit it again the rpms jump back up and then you feel the tranny grab and start moving again! Is the converter on it's way or is the 3/4 clutch pack toast?

I haven't had too many experiences with the 200 the only other auto I've had was a 700rr4 and it didn't act like this.


Also what should the rpm's at 60 be with 3.27's,26in. tire?

I'd did the math 60mph X 336 X 3.27 divided by 26 X .67(OD)=1698.79

Did I miss something I've noticed at 60mph my rpms are 1900! That tells me I got 3.70's. That would explain why it redlines at about 120 or so......
