oil cooler lines

I want to make the oil cooler lines out of steel braided line. I got the oil cooler adapter side covered. I ran into trouble for the fittings on the radiator.

Anybody got the size for the radiator?

On the oil cooler, I am going to use 1/2NPT to 10 or 8 AN adapter. The size is going to depend on the radiator. I know the radiator uses an o-ring as a seal. I have the Earl's book, but don't know what the fitting is called or the size of it.

Any help?

The fittings going into the radiator are not the o-ring type. They are an inverted flare. I think 1/2 inch but I am not 100% sure of the size.

Ray your right. I got confused. The o-ring type are on the oil cooler side.
