oil filter adapter

I got the bigger o-ring for this from kirban. anyone know what size socket I need to get this off? thanks for any help!

Its should be a inch and one quarter.

Thought it was 1 1/16 but could be 1 1/4? I can check tomorrow as I'm doing mine.
