What are the effects of a bad PCV valve? Oil in the system?

Here's my thing:
If I hit more than 6-7 lbs boost I get a friggin' smoke screen up to about 5 seconds after I let off. Of course it's got to be oil... but where is it coming from is my question.

I know my turbo is old (150k miles) and there is a small amount of oil in the inlet bell. So I was assuming that my turbo seals were going. But, from what I've heard, when your seals go - they GO. Is it possible that when the turbo hits a certain rpm that the oil starts to leak? I'm not sure about that.

At any rate, I'm replacing my turbo the very next thing I do. So the seal thing won't be an issue any more. But I'm also wondering if a bad PCV could be the thing that is dumping the oil in the intake at WOT.

Anybody have any ideas?
Thanks

Bad turbo oil seal can cause intermittent smoking. That's probably your problem with 150K on the turbo. Go ahead and just replace your PCV...........worth a try. ;)
