Oil in the Intercooler hoses

How much, if any, oil is normal to find in the intercooler hoses? I had quite a film on the inside the connection hoses only after running it a few minutes after a good cleanup. If its a seal problem, is there a rebuild kit for the turbo?

usually that means seals are gone at least. As stated above, definitely see at the very least a rebuild.
