Oil leak

Got a bad oil leak form the oil cooler (oil filter area). The filter is on tight. Cant really tell were it's comming from. The motor was just put together.

Check the "o" ring between the cooler body, and the engine. I have heard of those being omitted, and , or damaged when installed. Turbota.

Does it screw onto the block like the oil filter?
