oil pressure sending unit

I got the car all wired up and I'm doning small bolt up stuff and adding gauges I was looking at the oil sending unit can I use the tan wire from the orignal unit to feed the monte dash guage? I'm using the monte carlo dash harness and on the monte carlo uses the tan wire for the oil pressure gauge.Btw does any one know the wiring for the oil pressure sending unit.thanks

I used the factory ('96) S-10 sender in my swap, drives the factory cluster just like it's supposed to...

Did you use gn factory harness or did you use a custom harness.If you used the gn harness what wires go where becouse the plug are different.thanks for the info
