Hey russ you can still get them new from GM.If you are talking about hte lower pump housing that the gears ride on, Just order it for a reg 3.8 carb motor, The only difference is the spring and valve,They have hte same casting number on them.
Ill try and find the part number

966638 was the turbo one, 966639 is the N/A one. What's the differance. I'll get one new if it doesn't matter.

The casting number is the same correct?
I believe it was just a different spring in it
