Has anyone ever seen a dime put in place behind the oil filter? When you unscrew the oil filter you can see a hole that usually has a plunger type thing that is spring loaded. I took off the oil filter on new motor and found a dime in the same spot? Has anyone seen this before? Is is OK? After reading other post it seems like the oil bypass is blocked with the dime. Any thoughts to if this is good or bad? What is the reason behind it? Does anyone recommend the turbo saver oil filter kit?
