What kind of oil should i use and how much of it?

I use regular Valvoline 10w30, 5 1/2 quarts the half is because of the larger oil filter.

I use Mobile 1 synthetic 5w30. I noticed a small difference in temperature 9little lower), but a great smooth running car at idle. The oil is better suited for a performance car. I also use the Pure One oil filter.

We use sae30 pennzoil and the acdelco part # pf 52 oil filter. Car runs fine.

I use synthetic due to its higher tolerance to thermal breakdown...
