Older ATR Converter

Anyone have info on the converters sold by ATR? I traded a bunch of BB Chevy parts for Buick parts and this converter came with it. According to ATR, this is a lock up converter. Anyone know anything about these things? Thanks!

If it is a 9" orange converter, they are JUNK!

If not I dont know.
