Open Exhaust?

I was thinking about getting rid of my mufflers and converter and just running straight open exhaust pipe. I was wondering if this will effect how the car will run with a pretty much stock set up. Right now I have glass packs on it. I have heard the drone can be bad as well with no mufflers. Any opinions? Thanks in advance.

You might get a pound or two more boost without the restriction, but the drone in the car will give you Drain Bamage ..............been there, done that.

I have had my exhaust removed after the downpipe now for about 6-8 months (old one rusted off, been too poor and lazy to get a new exhaust). the noise is annoying, of course, but I drive my car as a daily driver most days, and you get used to it after a while. But then again, I'm kinda young and stupid, and don;t really concern myself much with comfort or refinement. Others out there may be a little more concerned with that sort of stuff, and may be past the point where they like to have to shout to be heard over the exhaust
