Had some requests for 4" MAF pipes and think I have come up with something that should work for those of you with turbos that have a 4" inlet and using a DFI setup (NO MAF sensor). This is what I mocked up on my GN, I have a TA49 on it but put the adapter approximately where the inlet would be on the larger turbos. Looks like it will work! Would recommend that an Angle Boss IAC relocator be used and also it must be used in conjunction with my cold air kit. Check out the pics and let me know what you think!

I wish you had this out before I got my ramchargers unit. How much would the kit cost? How much clearance between the uppipe and the MAF pipe? That's my big problem right now with my setup.

Haven't really priced it out yet but probably about $25 more than my 3.5" maf pipe. As you can see this is mocked up on my GN. A TA49 is on the car but I tried to position the rubber angled adapter in the approximate postion that the inlet on the bigger would be. I have the stock plenum on my car with only a powerplate between the plenum and lower manifold. I am also using an IAC relocator and a stock location intercooler with a 2.5" up pipe. Looks like clearance will be tight but it should work. There is quite a bit of adjustability with the adapters I use. Please note that this setup is for use with a DFI setup. (NO MAF sensor)

Mark, I've got the 4" pipe on my TTA that I got from you. I had to dent the area around the alt. pulley but it fits well. I have the IAC angle boss, 5/8 plenum spacer and 3" uppipe...all clears nicely.
