Original Color??

What is the original color of the floor mats for an 87 GN? My car has GM mats and they are gray like the stripes in the seats. Are these original...or at least the original color? Or is black what the GN came with? Thanks!

Odd..... I'm the original owner of my 86, and it came with black rubber mats.

Dealer option, maybe? Original owner here too and they were black carpeted flimsy pieces of crap. I still have an original set in the closet somewhere. I had 2 sets and sold one (New in the GM box) to a guy restoring a GNX out in California for 350$. Used the cash to buy my chip and injectors.
