Original tire?

Got a 87 GN wheel with a Goodyear VR60 with a 1987 date on it and was wondering if this is a original tire? Any first owners remember?

The original Gn tires were 15" Goodyear Eagle GT, either with raised white letter or raised black letter. Maybe a tta tire was the vr60 but it would be 16" I believe.

than 20K mi. off my 87 GN.
