Why are they all ragging on Supras? I can run 9's with a 6speed and full interior. How many 9second LS1's are there?

Sorry that was a little rude of me. I just dont like when people talk bad about certain cars just because there alot that dont perform. How many 13second vipers are there thanks to bad drivers. How many people call Vipers dyno-queens?

Supras can perform very well at the track with the right setup as this video proves........

Sorry guys.. about the incorrect stuff about chris chow's car..

i remember seeing a pic on gnttype.org entitled "chris chow's GN" and it showed a launch, he had american racing warriors on the car at the time.. real bad quality pic.. i SWEAR it didnt say WE4, plus the video says GN in it.. so im sorry i made an uber mistake calling it a GN.

also wtf how come no one told me it had an LT1 in it, the pic of the engine bay is entirely too small for me to tell what is going on, especially since im not familiar with stage II plenums and what not..

It is NOT an LT1 it has a gen 1 style Chevy small block.......

Why do all these people think it's an LT1

I hope you got a LOT of money cause Supras are NOT cheap to buy or mod especially when you want to upgrade to a single turbo or bigger twins........ I know a couple guys down here with single turbo Supras and while they are awesome cars the price of performance parts for them is a bit scary for me (6K for a nice SP single turbo kit, 2K for a upgraded fuel system, 4K for a rebuild auto tranny without a converter) They are on the same level as the Viper when we're talking cost to mod, however, if you got the money they are probably one of the best performance cars out there mainly because the 2JZ-GTE motor's awesome potential for HP and how strong the factory bottom end is!
