P.E.C.V??? anyone know where i can get one

i have a 78 regal with the turboed 231. i bought it about three weeks ago and it has a vacuum leak and its needs a new power enrichment control valve to get the turbo running right? i know these aren't made anymore so im having a really hard time finding one. can anyone help. Thanks
