what i have for sale is a turbo qjet carb and a cast iron intake. i am asking $75 for both the intake and carb plus shipping. the number on the carb is 17058240 and below that number is 3127 bls. the carb may need to be rebuilt, but i dont know. if you want the package deal PM me with your zip city and state so i can get a quote on shipping for the items. it is a cast iron intake so its going to cost alot to ship. i will try to post pictures later on today. i can't find my camera right now so i hope i can find it later.

the carb pictures. according to beforeblack.net it is a 1978 carb body A,B type federal model M4ME. i tryed to take a picture of the tag, i dont think it came out well but the numbers are listed above.

Try and put it on craigslist or ebay, There will be little to no demand for the low port CAST IRON intake. Perhaps just recycle it, the carb will sell to the right recipient for sure if you can find them.

Sir, What is the cfm rating if you know it?
I picked up a trans am turbo unit long ago without the carb.
I'm not sure if getting a larger 750-850 might be better though.

Always thought of building a little 283 and plumbing it all together.

The stock Q-jet will flow 800 CFM but the top plate on the back 2 barrels need to be tweeked so they open fully. As it is with the back plate not opening fully it flows about 600 CFM.
