Paint marks on drivers shaft

The gn I purchased has 27k original miles....when on the lift I see 2 colors on the drive shaft what do they mean?

Are there weights on/near the marks? Different colors indicate different weights for balance.

Or, could just be the installers marks that he/she put it in & torqued yoke caps to spec.
