Paint

Looks like my GN is going in for paint on Friday. I know my paint guy will be using PPG paint. Is there any paint code specifically to use? I know nothing about the painting process. He also mentioned he would use a whole gallon of clear when I said I would like it to look 3 feet deep. Is that a lot of clear to put on? Any draw backs to a lot of layers of clear. Thanks in advance. By the way I have seen some of his paint jobs.Beautifull!!!

I will be painting my car in two months with ppg.This product is great but it cost alot.I 've been painting for 10 plus years.If he is using ppg he should use dp 90 to seal it.9700 black to base it and for the clear go's he should be using 2021 or the new and the best clear that ppg makes is 2002 clear.I HAVE PICTS OF MY LAST CAR IF YOU WANT TO SEE IT JUST SEND ME YOUR EMAIL.
