Paintballers?

My brother had a spitfire that busted up paint like a religion. I had a tracer that I can't find anywhere anymore, it wasn't the PMI tracer. I liked mine a lot but I guess they don't make it anymore. anyway this one is supposed to be good for the money: here
I have a modded tippman 98. Works real good for me. I play about once a week now but used to play 3 or 4 days a week.
Get the best gun you can afford but do some research into upgrades. Most of the time, people buy a cheap gun only to spend twice the price upgrading it. Buy a decent gun in the beginning and you don't have to worry about it. Most of the stock barrels aren't great so whatever you buy, make sure you find a good barrel for it.
Do some research on www.warpig.com and a few other sites to get an idea of what type of player you are. Then get a gun that matches that.

The best gun in my opinion is the autococker. Had mine for 5 years and it is great for people who like to tinker.\
Got mine for like $350 and modded it to run <200psi as well as an electronic trigger and the thing is more accurate than any of my friends guns and a few balls per second faster.
If the cocker is too much $$, then go wit a 98 - people throw em gainst trees when i shoot em and they still work.
Plus, wit the 98, you dont need crazy air tanks or electronic hoppers...

I play, I hoot a Shocker S/F with powerfeed an air assist with a 16" All American SP barrel, gun has a SP gas through stock and an Air America Raptor nitrogen system.
If I was to buy a new gun on a budget I would get a pump like a phantom but most people dont like a pump so get a used semi liek a automag, used automags can be had for really good prices these days.
