painting 87 GN grille,what color?

trying to paint my grille like it came from the factory? flat black or semi gloss black?any good brands i can pick up at the parts store that are close to factory? thanks

If you can't find any, Poston's carries some trim paint, or PLasti-Kote T-3 lacquer ("hot rod black") works fairly well.

Well, whatever you buy, the original color is definitely a satin or semi-gloss.........not flat black.
