I have chrome side markers that are in good shape, but the rest of the car is blacked out.
If I can find someone to trade me out, I will.
But if I can't, How do I go about painting the chrome piece?
I have it off of the car, but the trim seems to be glued to the lense and I am not sure with what to sand with or what primer or paint?

Also, my door handle on the drivers side is in pretty bad shape, I am assumeing I can attack that the same way I deal with the side marker?

Thanks for any advice!

Ron

Are you sending the lense part of the side marker in trade? If so I have some black framed side markers I'll swap. I have a extra set that are black, I'm looking for an amber lense that isn't faded.

Alan,
I was planning on it as I don't know how they come apart, they seem to be glued.
They are in pretty good shape, I will try to shoot you some pics.

Thanks.

PS, I may be heading to Birmingham this weekend, maybe we can catch up somewhere.
