painting gn wheels

the black on my gn wheels are starting to chip what spray paint should i use on them also do i need to skuff them up or can i just paint over it.

clean them off with gasket remover first, them wash them off with brake cleaner and rinse with soap and water, after that sand them with a scuff pad (the red ones) blow off the dust with pressured air, make sure you purchase a special sealer that will alow the paint to stick to the chrome, if you just use regular spray paint it will chip off after awhile.
