Part number????

I need the vacum hoses for the top of the trottlebody that goes to the vacumm block. I heard these where available in a kit from GM, but my dealer has no idea. Any one have any suggestions???

the part number is 25525671 it comes whit the block and the
vacuum lines and the gasket for the block is 25523194
