Has anyone have a pass side header crack on them?

Not the passenger side, 3 different driver side ones over the last few years, All at the joint between cyl 3 and 5.

Downpipe leak I would think

The up pipe was cracked I had that repaired. I still have a leak on pass side.
The downpipes crack also?

Both cracked

I had a crack where the tubes come together to head toward the up-pipe. Pulled it off, welded it up, all good now.

Common to have pass cracks in the bellows "wrinkles".
