Parts Location

Can anybody tell me where these parts go? Auto body shop can't remember. Here's a picture:

They look like the clips that hold the bumper strip on but I could be wrong.

They go inside of the vehicle -- right wheelhouse to secure the wiring harness running into the trunk area.
