Passenger seat belt bolts or hardware

Ones anyone know where I can get the bolts or hardware for mounting the seat belts for the passenger? Is there a special size?

They are a special bolt. Large button head, torx, with a shoulder where the seat belt flange sits. Note sure if a Help Rack would have them. Otherwise the JY would be a place to get them. Likely used in a zillion different GM vehicles.
