Payroll and Accounting Service - online or not who do you use or recommend??

Driving in the nails and doing the accounting is a nightmare and i can't seem to get a break. I need help with this crap.

I was also considering an Accounting software (Quickbooks pro) but if i don't understand the language what good is it?

I use adp payroll services and also have an accounted ,
too much going on by the way Iv been audited by government twice and all went well....

Iv used
Wellsfargo
ADP
Pay checks

All 3 have payroll services all are great..

I use Paycycle online for payroll so I know forms and payments are all made. Downside is payroll services float the money for a day or two to earn interest before its deposited on direct deposit.
