Getting a TT chip that's burned for the injectors and whatever high grade pump gas you have available
Upgrading to 42lb/hr matched flowing injectors or at most 60 lb/hr matched flowing injectors
Upgrading to a high performance flowing fuel pump with a hotwire kit
Installing an adjustable fuel pressure regulator
Installing stiffer valve springs to replace the tired stockers
Putting a stretched stock location intercooler in place of the smaller stock intercooler
Doing the Spring Cleaning preventative maintenance
Ensuring Timing set is good
Going to a cold air intake setup
Making sure the Transmission is in good operating condition
Without tearing the heads off the engine or swapping out the camshaft, would all net you alot more stability and performance gains for your money & time.
You'd be wasting money and time upgrading the stock intake with a 3.5" pipe from turbo & changing the Downpipe to a 3" unit with the stock turbo still in place.
