Pick me out a set of tires!

I don't need anything high performance, and i don't want expensive tires. I don't care how much more your tires cost than mine, i just want some suggestions. I live in Florida, so i don't need winter tires, just some that handle decent in the rain.

I need them in size 215/70/14

Right now, i have Cooper Cobras and they didn't last for ****. Even the front ones, which have no effect on my 1-tire-fire are almost bald.

I want to go wider if it's possible with a 14 inch rim, i'm not quite sure how tall and wide i can go.

I want a Raised-White-Letter tire. I was thinking something along the lines of this:
