Last time I saw one it looked like a mini keg tank. It was mounted on the passenger side by the air filter.

By now good luck with its pump and electronics.. that must be at least 12 years old.

No electronics but a hobbs sw:smile: It is in a box w/no instructions but there is a line out of the top of the tank but I have no clue what it is for. It was free except for shipping and has 2 12" braided lines. If I wasn'y having to squeeze dimes to make penny soup I would have a Razor kit:smile:
When my wife gets through with school and the economy settles down the T can get some new toys.

Since the BGC kit is pressurized kit (off the vacuum), you'll need a solenoid in-line or you'll push alky thru when you dont what to. I had the kit, I mod it up to work correctly.

That is what the line out the top is for.........

Yes the fitting on top is for a vacuum line. Without boost the pump puts out ~50 psi. With boost pump psi + boost = total psi.


This is what I did.

I would install the solenoid as close to the nozzle as possible. I designed a bracket and mounted to the unpipe.

Bottom Pic
Check valve after the pump. The system turns on via the hobb switch have the pump and solenoid activate. At shut off the alky is caught between the soleniod and the check valve for the next run. HTH
