Installing the SSM lowers (stock uppers with new bushings)I put about 100 miles a week on the car plus trips to the track almost every weekend what is the general safe zone with good hook. Thanks,

I have been advised by "them that know" that -3* is good for a street car (100 miles a week qualifies as a street car........)

my car runs low-mid 1.5's at that setting
