Im using the TRW forged pistons, whats a good ring, Moly, Plasma Moly? Any suggestions?

If you've already had your cylinders final honed, you need to go with whatever ring the finish is setup for.

If it hasn't been honed, it's hard to go wrong with a plain ole moly ring on a street car (with PROPER break-in procedure!)

Total Seal CR2165-5 for std bore size

If they are 1/16" rings you have many options but 5/64" is another story depending on bore size.
