piston rings?

alright guys heres the deal. i have an 84 t type that smokes like crazy and leaks oil out the oil fill tube and dipstick tube. i think that it is a blowby problem and i need piston rings but i dont want to do it if hats not wat it is. any help would be geatly appreciated.

have you done a compression test yet. Mine leaks oil to from the breather but does not smoke , maybe a head problem, do a compression test first to see whats going on.
