Possible Cracked ATR Downpipe?? Problems?

I believe I have an ATR or TH 3" Stainless downpipe and it has a small crack on one of the welds on the elbow. I am not sure if it is all the way through. I cannot see light through it. On the inside, I believe it looks ok. Looks like the crease is there when it was made. If it is cracked, what symptoms will there be as far as performance? Is this easily fixed by a welder? Thoughts? I have attached pictures. Thanks!!

Any welder with a TIG can fix that properly for you.

Exhaust leaks after the turbo shouldn't cause any drive-ability issues right ? ( im asking not telling )

A crack there may not affect drive-ability, but will screw with boost control being right next to the puck, heats up, leaks more.

What Nick said...if there's a WB further down the pipe, that could be an issue.
